These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the App Support mobile application (the “App”). By using the App you agree to these Terms.
App Support is a tool for customer-support agents to view and respond to support conversations and store reviews for the apps they are authorized to support.
Access requires an agent account provided by your organization or administrator. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity under your account.
Support conversations may contain information about the people who contact support. You agree to handle that information responsibly and in line with applicable laws and your organization’s policies.
The App is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated. You may stop using the App at any time and request deletion of your account.
We may update these Terms; the “Last updated” date above reflects the current version.
