This page explains how to request deletion of your data associated with the
App Support application.
What data can be deleted
Your agent account (email and authentication credentials).
Device push-notification tokens registered from your devices.
Your notification preferences and app-access assignments.
Support tickets and customer messages belong to the organization that operates the
support desk; their deletion is handled by that organization’s administrator.
How to request deletion
Send an email to support@pdfaiapp.com from
the email address associated with your account.
Use the subject line “Data deletion request”.
We will verify the request and delete the associated data within 30 days, except where
retention is required by law.
