You can delete your App Support account and the personal data associated
with it at any time.
What gets deleted
Your agent account and email.
Authentication tokens and registered device push tokens.
Your notification preferences and app-access assignments.
Support tickets and customer messages are owned by the organization operating the support
desk and are retained or removed under that organization’s policy.
How to delete your account
Email support@pdfaiapp.com from your account
email address with the subject “Account deletion request”.
We verify ownership of the address and permanently delete your account and associated
personal data within 30 days, except where retention is legally required.
You will receive a confirmation once deletion is complete.
