This Privacy Policy explains how the App Support mobile application
(the “App”) handles information. App Support is a tool for customer-support agents to
manage support conversations for the apps they work on. It is not intended for end
consumers or children.
Information we collect
Account information. When you sign in we process your email
address and an authentication token to keep you signed in. Passwords are stored
only in salted, hashed form on the server and are never visible to the App.
Push notification token. If you enable notifications, we store a
device push token (Apple Push Notification service / Firebase Cloud Messaging) so we
can notify you about new tickets and messages.
Support content. The App displays customer support tickets and
messages so that you, as an agent, can respond to them. This content is provided by
the people who contact support and is processed solely to deliver the support service.
Diagnostics. Basic technical logs (e.g. error reports) may be
collected to keep the service reliable.
How we use information
To authenticate you and provide the support inbox and messaging features.
To deliver push notifications you have opted into.
To operate, secure, and improve the service.
Sharing
We do not sell personal information. We share data only with service providers that help
us run the App — for example cloud hosting and the push-notification services operated by
Apple and Google — and only as needed to provide the service or as required by law.
Data retention
We keep account and support data for as long as your account is active. You can request
deletion at any time (see Account Deletion and
Data Deletion).

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting
us at support@pdfaiapp.com.
Security
Data is transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS) and access is restricted to
authenticated agents.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the
“Last updated” date above.
